The Breast Interest Group of Southern Africa (BIGOSA)

We are committed to the value of connecting and learning as a profession, and although we can’t meet in person right now, we can still gather together in a virtual space to continue learning, growing, and contributing to South Africa’s recovery.

HEPATO-PANCREATO-BILIARY ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN AFRICA

HPBASA is a multidisciplinary association including trainees, practitioners and researchers with a common interest in diseases of the Liver, Pancreas, and Biliary system. It’s principal aims are: To promote understanding of the causes, investigation and treatment of disorders of the liver, pancreas and biliary tree; To encourage the interchange of clinical and scientific knowledge among doctors in related disciplines working in this field; To study any relevant problems that affect the liver, pancreas and biliary tract and to facilitate collaborative research into the factors that lead to disease of these organs and their prevention; To foster friendship among clinicians and scientists in different disciplines involved in hepatic, pancreatic, and biliary disease; To strive towards the highest ethical standards in this field of endeavour; To foster education and career development in the field through an identifiablefunding mechanism;oTo establish a forum to facilitate the collation and analysis of data, discussion of problem cases, and voluntary audit of management and outcomes.

South African Association of Anaesthesiologists

SASA is dedicated to the furtherence of the discipline of Anaesthesia at both Academic and Clinical level.

South African Private Practitioners Forum

SAPPF is a vibrant and growing organisation, committed to support private practitioners in optimising service conditions and improve access to healthcare for more South African residents.
